PRIVACY POLICY — EXERCISE TO SCROLL Effective date: October 20, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how the Exercise to Scroll mobile app ("the App", "we", "us", "our") handles your information. The App helps you limit screen time by asking you to exercise or walk before you can use apps you have chosen to block. Our short answer: the App is designed to work on your device. We do not run our own servers, we do not create accounts, and we do not sell your data. 1. INFORMATION THE APP USES a) Profile and onboarding answers During setup you may enter your gender, age, goals, current and desired screen time, favourite and avoided exercises, fitness level and daily goal. These are used only to personalise your workouts and targets.
