 Terms and Conditions for AI Video Generator

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AI Video Generator mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Service”). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

 

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.

• By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

 

2. License to Use

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.

• You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without our prior written permission.

 

3. User Content and AI-Generated Content

• You may upload prompts, text, images, videos, or audio (“User Content”) to generate AI-based videos.

• You retain ownership of the User Content and AI-generated outputs, subject to these Terms.

• By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to process, host, and deliver the generated results.

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload or generate and must ensure it does not violate any law, copyright, or third-party rights.

 

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, violent, or abusive content.

• Infringe intellectual property rights of others.

• Generate misleading, harmful, or offensive AI content.

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App’s functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these rules.

 

5. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features may require in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store payment system.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• The App, software, AI models, design, and trademarks remain our property.

• You may not use our intellectual property without written consent.

• User-generated content remains your property, but we may use anonymized or aggregated data to improve our services.

 

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.”

• We do not guarantee that AI-generated videos will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your intended purpose.

• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

o Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

o Any issues caused by AI-generated content.

o Any loss of data, revenue, or reputation.

• Your use of generated content is at your own risk.

 

9. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of any country, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
