1. Photos and Images

The app may ask for access to your camera or photo library so you can capture or upload garden, yard, patio, balcony, or other outdoor-space images. These images are used to provide AI garden design, redesign, editing, plant, cost-estimation, and visualization features.

You choose which images to provide. The app does not access your camera or photo library unless you grant permission or select an image.

2. AI Prompts and Design Inputs

The app may process text prompts, selected garden styles, selected garden elements, budget preferences, maintenance preferences, design goals, and other inputs you provide inside the app.

3. Generated Designs and Project Data

The app may store generated garden designs, project names, design history, selected versions, and related project information on your device so you can view and manage your saved projects.

4. Purchase and Subscription Information

The app uses RevenueCat and Apple in-app purchases to manage subscriptions and premium access. We may receive subscription status, product identifiers, entitlement status, purchase dates, renewal status, and expiration information. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

5. Device and Technical Information

The app may process limited technical information needed to operate app features, handle errors, verify purchases, manage permissions, or connect to service providers. This may include app settings, premium status, selected language, and local preferences stored on your device.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide AI garden design and editing features.

- Analyze uploaded garden images when you request AI results.

- Generate, refine, save, and display garden designs.

- Provide plant suggestions, cost estimates, planning, seasonal views, day/night views, and assistant responses.

- Manage subscriptions, premium access, credits, and purchase restoration.

- Save app preferences and local project history.

- Improve reliability, security, and user experience.

- Respond to support requests.

Camera and Photo Library Permissions

Camera permission is used only when you choose to take a photo inside the app.

Photo library permission is used only when you choose to select an image from your device.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The app may use third-party services to provide core functionality.

1. Alibaba Cloud DashScope

Uploaded images, prompts, and related design inputs may be sent to Alibaba Cloud DashScope AI services to analyze images, generate text recommendations, and create or edit AI images.

2. RevenueCat

RevenueCat is used to manage in-app purchases, subscription status, entitlements, and purchase restoration.

3. Apple App Store

Apple processes in-app purchases and payments. Payment information is handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

These third-party services may process data according to their own privacy policies and service terms.

Local Storage

The app may store data locally on your device, including:

- App preferences.

- Premium access status.

- Selected language and settings.

- Saved project information.

- Local image paths and generated design history.

You can remove locally stored app data by deleting saved items in the app where available or by deleting the app from your device.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

We share information only as needed to:

- Process subscriptions and premium access.

- Comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

Images, generated designs, and project data may remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Data sent to third-party AI or purchase providers may be retained by those providers according to their own policies. We recommend not uploading images or text that contain sensitive personal information.

Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

You can:

- Decline camera or photo library permissions.

- Delete saved projects or app data where supported by the app or device.

- Restore or manage subscriptions through Apple App Store settings.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

International Processing

Because the app may use cloud-based AI and subscription services, information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the app, you understand that information may be transferred and processed where our service providers operate.
