Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications, websites, and related products, features, and services (collectively, the "Apps" or "Services").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our Apps or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Apps or Services.

1. Eligibility

3. User Content and Generated Content

Some Services may also use artificial intelligence or other technologies to create, modify, process, or generate text, images, videos, audio, or other content ("Generated Content").

You retain any rights you may have in your User Content and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable Service, Generated Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and operate the relevant Service.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit and your use of Generated Content. You must ensure that your content and use of the Services comply with applicable laws and do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Apps or Services to:

• Create, upload, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights belonging to another person or organization.

• Impersonate another person or create deceptive or misleading content in violation of applicable law.

• Use Generated Content for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Apps, Services, systems, servers, or networks.

• Disrupt, damage, overload, interfere with, or compromise the operation or security of our Apps or Services.

• Use our Apps or Services in any manner prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an App or Service where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, misuse, security risks, or legal requirements.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain Apps, features, or Services may require a one-time purchase, in-app purchase, or paid subscription.

Where purchases or subscriptions are offered through Apple's App Store or another third-party platform, payments and billing are processed by the applicable platform provider.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled within the period specified by the applicable app store or payment provider.

Prices, subscription periods, free trials, available features, and other purchase details may vary between Apps, Services, countries, and platforms and will be displayed before purchase.

Refunds and billing matters are generally subject to the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Apps and Services, including their software, designs, interfaces, branding, logos, trademarks, graphics, and other proprietary materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our Apps, Services, or intellectual property to you.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our intellectual property except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Apps or Services may use, integrate with, or provide access to third-party services, APIs, artificial intelligence providers, cloud services, payment platforms, advertising services, or external websites.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, policies, practices, or performance.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps, Services, and any Generated Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that our Apps or Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.

Where a Service provides AI-generated or automatically generated content, such content may contain errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results. You should independently review Generated Content before relying on or using it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and other warranties that may otherwise apply.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, our Apps or Services.

This may include loss of data, revenue, profits, business opportunities, or reputation, as well as damages resulting from User Content, Generated Content, third-party services, or reliance on information provided through our Services.

You are responsible for evaluating and using any content or results produced through our Apps and Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Updates and Changes to the Services

We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of our Apps or Services from time to time.

Updates may be required to maintain functionality, security, compatibility, or compliance with applicable laws and platform requirements.

11. Termination

You may stop using our Apps or Services at any time and may uninstall an App from your device.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an App or Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create security or legal risks, or where suspension or termination is otherwise reasonably necessary.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider operates, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights or other laws that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory laws applicable in your country or region.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Apps, Services, business practices, legal requirements, or platform policies.

If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the relevant App, Service, or other appropriate means.

Your continued use of our Apps or Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
